Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2009 Road to the Roar Pre-Trials event in Prince George, British Columbia.
Applications are currently being accepted for those individuals interested in volunteering at the event. As a volunteer, you will be required to work a minimum of three, 4-hour shifts over the course of the 5 day event. As a volunteer, you will receive a Volunteer Jacket and T-Shirt.
To complete the Volunteer Application Form, simply click the link below to download it to your computer and print it off. Once printed, please complete all areas of the application form and either fax it to the event office or drop it off.

Terms and Conditions
I understand that volunteers for the Road to the Roar Committee must abide by the rules and procedures that are outlined and understand that volunteers may be asked to undergo a standard Criminal Record Check and or Drivers Abstract.
I consent to the release and use of my personal information for the purposes of the Criminal Record check and or the Drivers Abstract for the Road to the Roar Committee.
I assume exclusive and sole responsibility for any injury, loss or damage which I might suffer to myself or my property in connection with the activities of the Road to the Roar Committee Event. In addition, I, for myself and any of my personal representatives, heirs, or successors, release and discharge The Road to the Roar Committee together with any of their staff, officials, representatives, agents, or volunteers, from any and all claims or causes of action which I may have now or in the future in connection with the activities of the Road to the Roar Committee, and I waive all of my rights with respect thereto. In addition, I, for myself and any of my personal representatives, heirs, or successors agree not to assist any other party(ies) in any claim or cause of action referred to in this paragraph.
In the course of volunteering for the Road to the Roar Committee, I may be dealing with confidential information and I agree to keep such information in the strictest confidence.
The relationship between the Road to the Roar Committee and volunteers is an “at will” arrangement and it may be terminated at any time without cause by either the volunteer or the Road to the Roar Committee.
I grant the Road to the Roar Committee permission to use my likeness, voice, and words in television, radio, film or in any form to promote activities of the Road to the Roar Committee.
