Opening Banquet

Join in the festivities with the participants and former Olympians to kick off the 2009 Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings on Friday, December 4, 2009 in the Alberta Ballroom, Edmonton Expo Centre at Northlands.  For just $85.00 (plus service charge) you can help us kick off this event.  Tickets for this banquet must be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster at (780) 451-8000 or by visiting them online at www.ticketmaster.ca. The deadline to purchase these tickets is November 20, 2009. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

The first draw is Boston Pizza Family Day - A limited number of
tickets are available for $15 so you can give the kids a chance to
experience championship curling.

Edmonton is the home of Canada’s most colourful curling fans!

Boston Pizza Junior Stars

Thirty-two lucky Northern Alberta junior curlers will become
honorary team members at the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings.
The juniors will be highlighted at one of the teams draws,
entering the arena with the team and being introduced at the
pre-game ceremony. The junior stars receive a jacket, photo
with the team and a gift package from Boston Pizza at the event.

Autograph Sessions

Come and meet your favourite curlers! From Monday -
Thursday four teams will be featured in the Oh Canada Lounge
at 4:45 p.m. The schedule will be listed in the daily paper - the
Morning Roar, at the event.

Pin Trading

Looking for that special curling pin? Trade pins from curling
clubs and curling events from around the world. Located on the
north concourse at Rexall Place. The pin trading area is open
daily.

Roar of the Rings Merchandise

Remember your experience by purchasing that special souvenir.
Visit a merchandise kiosk located in Rexall Place. You’ll be sure
to find that perfect momento!

Keith’s Patch

With a capacity of 5,000 people, the legendary Patch will help
you celebrate the Roar of the Rings, enjoy great food and drinks
and rock into the wee hours. If the excitement isn’t on the ice,
it’s in the Patch. The Patch is located in the Edmonton Expo
Centre (at Northlands) - Hall C.

Oh Canada Lounge

Sponsored by Peller Estates, is located in the Edmonton EXPO
Centre (at Northlands) - Hall B, the Oh Canada Lounge offers
curling fans a more relaxing atmosphere to meet friends for
some Roar talk over a meal and a beverage.
