2010 Tim Hortons Brier Dine-Around-Halifax Program
The Brier Hosting Committee invites you to dine in some of Halifax’s premier dining establishments during Brier week. Halifax has established itself as the Maritime’s “Dining Capital” and we are pleased to offer memorable dining experiences for a great price.
Here’s how Dine-Around-Halifax works. Each evening during the Brier, a selection of our finest restaurants will be serving a 3-course dinner for a set price ranging from $40 - $52 per person (taxes in) depending of course on the restaurant. The menu choices vary but typically include seafood, chicken and beef selections….or lobster! The chefs are excited about this program and they intend to be available to share some of their cooking secrets and mingle with their guests after dinner.
The seating time will be between 5:30 – 5:45 PM so we’ll ask all Dine-Around guests to arrive at the Information Booth located at the World Trade and Convention Centre at 5:15 PM on the day of your reservation (reservations are recommended). A Brier volunteer will be there to greet everyone and to accompany/walk the guests to the restaurant of the day. All Dine-Around restaurants are located on the Halifax peninsula.
For more information on the Brier Dine-Around Program or to reserve a reservation for your dining party, please email Gordon MacInnis at gandcmacinnis@eastlink.ca. Gordon will gladly send you a list of all the participating restaurants with complete menu choices for your convenience. Once you have decided on which Dine-Around restaurant you wish to enjoy, reserve your spot early by emailing Gordon with the restaurant of your choice, number in party, etc. However, during Brier week reservations can be made at the Information Booth located in the World Trade and Convention Centre. Dine-Around-Halifax is an experience you won’t want to miss, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
