Ride the Brier "Skip" Free Downtown Shuttle Bus

Whether you're travelling between your hotel and the MTS Centre, wetting your whistle between draws or after the last end of the day, the "SKIP" provides service on 2 free routes in the downtown area that are your designated driver.

Continuous service will sweep between major downtown hotels, the MTS Centre and will "Hurry Hard!" to the Keith's Brier Patch and Purple Heart Lounge located at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

Winnipeg Transit buses will be leaving hotels every 30 minutes with enhanced 10 minute service provided before and after each draw. Service will operate until 1:30am.

Two separate routes will serve the following hotels:

  • Route A - "The Out Turn"
    • The Marlborough Hotel
    • Quest Inn
    • Hostelling International
    • Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Downtown
    • Charter House
    • Place Louis Riel
    • The St. Regis Hotel
    • Radisson
  • Route B - "The Inn Turn"
    • The Marlborough Hotel
    • The Fairmont Winnipeg
    • Hampton Inn & Suites
    • The Fort Garry Hotel
    • Inn at the Forks

 

Where to Catch Your Bus

Bus stops at the hotels are near the hotel entrance. Check with the front desk for exact locations.

The bus stop at the MTS Centre for buses travelling to the Keith's Brier Patch and Purple Heart Lounge is located on Donald Street near the Portage Avenue doors. The bus stop at the MTS Centre for buses travelling to hotels is located on Hargrave Street at the Graham Avenue doors.

The bus stop at the Convention Centre for buses travelling to the MTS Centre or the hotels is located on Carleton Street at York Avenue.
